Children & Young People
Parents, carers and Toddlers
We have a friendly group of parents, carers and toddlers who get together for a bite to eat, go shopping together and hire the mini-bus for childrens' outings and family activities. Listen out after church for what is being planned and ask to be invited along. Our church owns a Bouncy Castle and we often have 'family fun days' during the school holidays!
Creche
We have a self-help creche at
the side of our church where you are welcome to take small children during the
service. From the creche you can still see all the church and follow the service
via a speaker.
Sunday School
Our children have lots of fun experiencing the bible through the use of stories, music, art and theatre. Sunday School meets during the morning service for 3 Sundays of the month. On the first Sunday of each month the children join the main congregation for an 'All Age Worship' service where they often share their new found knowledge of the bible!
Our Sunday School is suitable for children aged from 4 years upwards. Just bring your children along to our Sunday Morning Service at 11am and we will gladly lead the way! Or if you want to find out more first then please talk to Father Ben.
Servers
We have a dedicated team of young people who help to serve at the altar during our services. If your children are interested in joining them, please speak to Father Ben after the service.
Young People
Fr Ben and some parents organise a number of activities for young
people from both within and outside the churches of the parish. Please contact
him for more details.
